Quantity Surveyor – Up to £70k + Package – Gloucester

Walker & Sloan are working with a respected regional contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects across the South West and Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially astute QS who wants to work on high-profile builds, enjoy autonomy, and be rewarded for their expertise.

You’ll be:

• Managing project costs from feasibility to final account
• Preparing valuations, budgets, and reports
• Leading procurement and negotiating subcontractor packages
• Providing clear cost advice to clients and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Proven QS experience within main contracting
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple live projects
