Position: Air Export Operator – Night Shift (4 on 4 off)

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Air Export professional looking for a dynamic role with a leading freight forwarder?

We are seeking a skilled Air Export Operator to join a well-established forwarder based near Heathrow Airport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience managing air export shipments from start to finish.

The Role:

Working on a 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the full air export process (start to finish) for key accounts
• Preparing and processing export documentation, including AWBs
• Handling Customs entries and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Liaising with airlines, hauliers, and overseas agents to ensure timely shipment
• Managing time-critical and AOG consignments where required
• Providing excellent customer service and proactive communication throughout the process

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in air export freight forwarding
• Knowledge of Customs procedures and export documentation
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Flexible and reliable with a strong attention to detail
