• Candidate Consultant – Education Sector

• £22,500–£25,000 base + uncapped commission

• London | Office-based | 8am–5.30pm (2pm Friday finish)

The Candidate Consultant will support experienced recruiters and work towards building their own desk, with exposure to both Primary and Secondary Education roles. While ideal for junior recruiters, the role is also open to 360 consultants ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

Role Highlights

– Source, screen and place candidates in teaching roles across London

– Build lasting relationships with teachers and support staff

– Manage daily admin, compliance and candidate availability updates

– Learn and apply best-practice recruitment techniques

You Will Need

The Candidate Consultant will bring…

– A confident, proactive phone manner and strong interpersonal skills

– A London base — this is a 5-day office role with early starts

– Some sales or recruitment experience (360 or resourcing)

– A can-do attitude and willingness to learn fast

– Bags of energy — you’ll be working the phones from 8am
