VP Commercialisation: Defence & Security in Salisbury

Job description

Ploughshare, is responsible for exploiting innovations developed by the UK Ministry of Defence, Dstl, AWE and wider government. It also has ambitious growth plans that need the support of an innovative VP of Commercialisation across the defence and security sectors.

As VP Commercialisation the appointed candidate will bring progressive and creative leadership to Ploughshare’s commercial activity, taking forward its defence and security agenda and will ideally offer an entrepreneurial mind-set and approach to bring technologies to life and commercial fruition. This post requires a relevant degree and a proven range of experience across an array of leading-edge technologies. More importantly, it requires a passion for technology and innovation.

The role is offering up to £105,000 plus up to 20% bonus. You will need to be able to obtain SC security clearance (preferably DV) for this role.
