Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - Hampshire

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (2+ PQE) to join a growing law firm in Hampshire. This role offers the chance to manage a varied and rewarding residential property caseload within a supportive and forward-thinking team, with clear opportunities for career development.

The Role

As a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer, you will:

  • Manage a full caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership, remortgages, transfers of equity, and Help to Buy / Right to Buy schemes.

  • Handle matters from instruction through to post-completion with minimal supervision.

  • Deliver an efficient, client-focused service, liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties.

  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.

  • Contribute to departmental development, client engagement, and team growth.

We're Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' residential property experience.

  • Strong technical knowledge and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent client care and communication skills.

  • Confident using modern legal technology and case management systems.

  • Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team.
