A respected and growing law firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its successful Residential Property team. Job Title: Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive / Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: Leeds

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday–Friday – 37.2 hour week)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and title reports.
• Advise clients and lenders, ensuring compliance with the UK Finance Handbook.
• Handle exchange of contracts, completions, SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
• Provide excellent client service with regular updates and clear communication.
• Supervise and support junior staff / assistants where required.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancer.
• Proven experience running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and client care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
