Head of Product Management

Up to £100,000

Hybrid – 3 days Holborn

A fast-growing AI platform is looking for a Head of Product Management to lead the shift from bespoke client projects to scalable SaaS products.

You’ll take ownership of turning AI/data science models into repeatable, licensable products that deliver real client ROI. With multiple live platforms already in play, this is a chance to shape, scale, and productise solutions that transform how brands unlock value from first-party data.

What you’ll do:

• Own the end-to-end build process for new SaaS products
• Convert custom tools into repeatable, user-friendly platforms
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers & Analysts to productionise AI models
• Drive usability, simplification, and scalability across 3–4 platforms

What we’re looking for:

• 4–6+ years in product management (AI/data-driven products)
• Experience in startups/scale-ups and SaaS transitions
• Proven track record productising data science models
• Strong focus on usability and client adoption

This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer, with a clear path to VP of Product.
