If you're mid-senior lawyer, who’s ready to go beyond the legal brief, this could be a great match. As well was building the internal framework for legal policy and procedure, you’ll handle high-stakes corporate and commercial work and step into a broader leadership role, heading up the People Operations team and provide ad-hoc counsel to the C-Suite on strategic matters. This role is a rare opportunity to combine strategic legal thinking with hands-on business impact, perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to grow fast.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be legally qualified from a top-tier private practice and have in-house experience (ideally within a small team), demonstrating strategic controls in legal ops and taking on "non legal" reasonability's. As well as this, you'll be comfortable managing complex legal, and people matters in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be a confident communicator, highly analytical and excited to take ownership—whether it’s negotiating key contracts, leading employee relations, or advising on new product launches.
