Security Supervisor - Communication
Rotational Role - Iraq
Salary - USD 8,000-9,000 + Rotational benefits
Responsibilities -
a) On call outside of normal working hours to attend the any emergency and support the Security Emergency Communications Supervisor and CCTV Monitoring Assistants in documenting and controlling the requested elements of emergency response or technical issues.
b) Responsible for the implementation and management of all procedural requirements for the Security Control Centre, Security Badging Office and the Security (Communications) Supervisor
c) Must ensure that all security technical systems are functional for their purpose and managed in the most effective way to provide security monitoring and emergency response support. D) Produce and update all paperwork and application forms, ensuring that they remain fit for purpose.
e) File and submit for archiving all documentation that is required for historical records.
f) Produce and maintain SOPS for all communication posts according to the plans, policies and general procedures. These must be developed and updated as operation
requirements change.
g) Ensure that all the communications team reads and fully understands all communication policies and procedures related to their roles.
h) Produce, deliver and develop training presentations across the communications team and
contractors.
i) The Employee shall actively participate in the training and mentoring of local staff as part of the Company's talent development initiatives. This commitment is essential to building local capacity and ensuring the sustainable growth of the organization
j) Conduct regular emergency exercises for evacuation with Security Superintendent (Base Camp). As a minimum, these should be conducted quarterly.
k) Department focal person for DMS file share administration, ensuring that the applicable policy is relevant and that all access permissions to the DMS and design are suitable and
secure.
I) The focal person for all IT matters relating to security including VHF network system requirements and integration of CCTV and access control systems.
m) To undertake mid-year and annual performance reviews of all staff under their line management.
n) Conduct any other tasks issued by their line manager
