Quantity Surveyor – Buckingham

We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to deliver cost management support across residential and commercial projects.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare cost plans, estimates, and reports
• Provide procurement advice and tender evaluations
• Administer contracts, valuations, and forecasts
• Support risk and value management
• Manage workload independently on small/medium projects or support larger programmes

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
• Working towards MRICS (or equivalent)
• 4+ years’ relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
