Residential Conveyancer - Cambridge

Oculus Legal Group is currently working in close partnership with a reputable, Legal 500 practice in Cambridge seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and experienced property team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering a high standard of service to clients across East Anglia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and leasehold transactions.
• Handle matters from initial instruction through to post-completion, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction throughout.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors, providing clear and timely updates.
• Ensure all legal requirements and best practice standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation using case management systems.

Requirements:

• Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive, or qualified by experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven track record of independently handling a full residential conveyancing caseload.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and client service focus.
• Familiarity with conveyancing software and modern legal technology.
