A highly regarded Thames Valley law firm are seeking a Senior Corporate Associate or Partner to join their Legal 500 team.

The Team

The team advise a mixture of owner managed businesses and large corporates and often acts against large national, City and US firms.

The core of the corporate team’s work is M&A transactions and restructuring work. Deals vary in size but usually range between £3,000,000 and £30,000,000. The team will also do smaller and bigger transactions/projects. For larger deals a partner or senior lawyer in the team will always lead, with a second partner or senior lawyer offering support as and when required.

The majority of the team’s work is generated from existing client relationships and referrals/recommendations from current and previous clients and the team has a key network of professional contacts who also refer work to the team.

The candidate

The team are looking for a senior lawyer or Partner to compliment it’s existing offering and help to progress the team even further.

Please apply if you have a minimum of 7 years PQE with experience in transactional corporate law from a leading regional or City law firm.

We are considering candidates from Senior Associate up to Partner level.
