• Lead office acquisitions and disposals for landlords and occupiers across the South West.
• Deliver strategic advice to institutional clients and major stakeholders.
• Drive business development and grow the agency pipeline.
• Collaborate across departments to unlock cross-service opportunities.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to clients and colleagues.
• Build long-term relationships and contribute to the firm's continued success.

• MRICS-qualified with 5+ years' experience in office agency.
• Proven track record of delivering high-value transactions.
