Job description

ECB Star are working with a US law firm on a Private Equity Associate role in their London team. They are seeking an experienced Associate with between 1-4PQE.

The team advises across all aspects of private equity and mergers & acquisitions, with a particular focus on middle-market private equity and growth investments. The practice is closely integrated with their leading private funds group.

Combining deep expertise in M&A and private equity with embedded European and U.S. Debt finance capabilities, the team serves a growing portfolio of financial sponsors, investment funds, and management teams across a wide range of sectors. They are regularly engaged on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity deals, carve-outs, and restructurings.
