The Role

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in identifying and engaging with high-calibre candidates. You’ll work closely with our consultants and clients to ensure we consistently deliver top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates across multiple platforms (job boards, referrals, socials, etc...)

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent

Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments

Support candidates through our onboarding and compliance process

Manage candidate communication and provide a great candidate experience

Work closely with consultants to understand client needs and support recruitment campaigns

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our ATS system

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience as a Resourcer or in a similar support role would be ideal but if you have a desire to learn we're happy to train

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

✅ Computer literate we work on Microsoft

✅ A proactive, self-motivated approach with a drive to succeed

You will ideally be a driver with your own car
