Salary: Up to £50,000 + Benefits Package

Client: Developer – Residential – Major Project

I’m currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a brand new circa 500-unit RC Frame residential development in Hertford, set to commence in Q4 this year.

This 5-year project offers an outstanding opportunity to get involved from day one, supporting a highly experienced Lead Commercial Manager and Project Quantity Surveyor. This role is ideal for an AQS looking to take the next step and grow within a project from inception through to completion.

The Role

Support with procurement, subcontractor packages, and cost reporting

Work closely with the commercial team throughout the full project lifecycle

Gain exposure to all areas of quantity surveying with clear progression opportunities
