Job Title: Demolition Supervisor/ Manager

Location: Talacre, Wales

Contract Type: Hourly pay outside IR35

Duration: October 2025 – August 2026

Working Pattern: 5.5 days per week on-site in Talacre

About the Role

Seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor to join a decommissioning and carbon capture project. This role is critical in ensuring the safe and efficient execution of demolition activities in line with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site demolition operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Ensure work is conducted according to approved methods, risk assessments, and safety procedures.
• Supervise the implementation of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements).
• Enforce Saipem’s standards across all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Develop a strong understanding of Saipem’s global organization, services, and assets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5–10 years in a similar role within the UK.
• Background: Mechanical or Civil Engineering with proven demolition or construction experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UK demolition regulations and safety standards.
