Job description
A multi-award winning architectural practice, best known for their unique approach to residential and urban design are looking for a talented BIM Coordinator to join their Central London office.
About this role
This multi-disciuplinary studio is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to provide expert guidance and support on the use of Revit and BIM tools, develop bespoke workflows, and ensure that project teams adhere to the practice’s BIM standards and procedures. You will work closely with the BIM Manager and other BIM Coordinators to help drive consistency, quality, and innovation across all projects and ensuring practice standards and procedures are upheld and followed.
About you
- You will have advanced knowledge of Revit
- You will have extensive experience with Revit modelling, model management, content creation and the setup and maintenance of BIM documentation on projects
- You will ideally have experience of BIM delivery on large scale residential projects
- You will have good knowledge of UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations
- You will ideally have good knowledge of Navisworks, BIM 360 or other clash detection software
- You will ideally have good knowledge of scripting, Dynamo or other related software
- You will have experience working in a similar BIM Coordination role at a leading design studio
