Customs Clearance Executive – Import OR Export (CDS)

Location: Feltham (Heathrow Area)

Salary: Up to £33,000 DOE

A global top 5 freight forwarder is growing its customs team and seeking experienced Customs Clearance Executives to manage full import and export declaration processes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading logistics provider with a worldwide network and a reputation for operational excellence across air, sea, and road freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete full CDS customs declarations from start to finish
• Liaise with internal operations teams and clients to ensure compliance and timely clearance
• Manage a variety of cargo, including general, high-value, pharmaceutical, and time-critical shipments
• Communicate effectively with HMRC and use port systems for accurate entry processing

Candidate Requirements

• 1–4 years of customs clearance experience
• Confident in completing full import/export declarations using CDS
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Previous experience within freight forwarding or international logistics preferred
