Surveyor

OTE: £65,000–£115,000+

Roles & Packages

We’re hiring across several levels, depending on your experience:

Surveyor

• £55,000 base salary
• OTE £65,000–£85,000
• Produce premium Level 2 & 3 surveys with full support and training in our low-volume model

Senior Surveyor

• £65,000 base salary
• OTE £85,000–£105,000
• Handle complex surveys, support junior colleagues, and contribute to business development

Associate Director

• £75,000 base salary
• OTE £90,000–£115,000
• Mid-level leadership role focusing on mentoring, key referral partnerships, and strategic BD

Senior Roles (Senior Associate Director / Director)

• Salary and OTE negotiable
• Leadership roles with oversight of growth, recruitment, regional performance, and innovation

All roles benefit from:

What We’re Looking For

• AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS (VRS preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong technical knowledge and pride in quality
• Desire to work in a low-volume, high-detail model
• Ambition to grow and contribute to a dynamic team
