Are you a commercially savvy professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for the built environment? Join a respected consultancy with over 70 years of excellence in advisory services for banks, lenders, and funders. As part of their expanding Fund Monitoring team, they're seeking a Fund Monitor or Senior Fund Monitor to join their dynamic Bristol office.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Fund Monitor, you'll be at the forefront of investment oversight, helping clients navigate risk and ensure successful project delivery. Your role will include:

• Project Appraisal: Evaluate development proposals, cost plans, and risk profiles.
• Site Visits: Conduct monthly inspections to assess progress, budget alignment, and programme milestones.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with valuers, solicitors, and clients to produce insightful, actionable reports.
• Reporting: Deliver clear, concise financial and progress updates with strategic recommendations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to protect client investments.

Projects span a wide range of sectors, with a strong emphasis on residential (70%), plus healthcare, commercial, leisure, student accommodation, industrial, and hospitality.
