A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment solicitor to join a highly regarded and fast-growing London team within a national law firm.
Your new role
You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of commercial clients - ranging from innovative start-ups to established corporates - on a wide spectrum of employment matters. The work includes both contentious and advisory elements, as well as corporate support and outsourcing projects. You'll also have the chance to contribute to client training and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling complex employment law issues with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
- Leading Employment Tribunal cases with autonomy.
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to their development.
- Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Participating in internal and external training initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Solid technical expertise in employment law.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently and supervise junior colleagues.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and interest in business development.
