UK Capital Markets Associate (2–3 PQE) | High-Profile ECM Work

An elite US law firm is seeking a UK-qualified Capital Markets Associate (2–3 PQE) to join its award-winning London team.

Who They’re Looking For

• UK-qualified lawyer, 2–3 PQE.
• Solid experience in equity capital markets transactions: London listings, FCA/LSE engagement, UKLR/DTRs/MAR.
• Strong technical drafting skills and a sharp commercial outlook.
