Project Quantity Surveyor

Central London

£55,000 - £70,000

Our client is a forward thinking fit out and refurbishment who have built themselves an excellent reputation with all their stakeholders. They have an outstanding senior commercial team who will support and develop the team beneath them, and this coupled with their portfolio of projects makes this a very exciting opportunity.

They pride themselves on retaining existing clients and deliver CAT A / B Commercial Fit Out Projects across London, these can typically range from £2million - £15million.

They currently have a number of projects based in Central London looking for additional commercial staff.

What do they look for?

• A self-motivated attitude, a willingness to take ownership of tasks
• Ability to build long lasting and reputable relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Commercial awareness and the ability to ensure that you are adding maximum value to businesses
• Ideally degree educated in Commercial Management or equivalent degree
