Here are some of the responsibilities:


  • Solve system user problems and resolve customer questions and issues
  • Advise system users on how to get the most from software solutions
  • Help customers configure the systems to meet their business needs
  • Identify and gather ideas for new functionality and services
  • Visit customers to identify opportunities for improved use of the software solutions
  • Support other teams in testing new releases
  • Translate content and documents from English to French


Requirements for the role:


  • Fluent to a native level of French (both written and spoken)
  • Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions (no graduate visas at this stage unfortunately)
  • Based close to or willing to relocate to London as this is a hybrid position
  • Some previous customer-facing experience would be a bonus
  • Achieved a 2:1 / Mention Bien or above at Bachelor’s level in a STEM or analytical subject
  • Excellent A-levels / Baccalauréat and particularly in Mathematics
  • World class problem solving skills
  • Logical, well organised and practical
  • Confident and eager to take on responsibility and the ability to learn new skills quickly
  • The ability to work well as part of a team, seamlessly collaborating with others
  • Computer literate (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel) and able to pick up new concepts


A starting salary of £33,000 p.a. Is offered, as well as competitive benefits and an option to work hybrid up to 3 days a week remote after probation period.
