My client, a highly regarded global law firm, is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join their award winning team.


This role can be based in either of the Firm’s regional offices across North West and West Yorkshire.


Salary

£36,000 to £43,000, depending on experience


Hybrid working

In office 2-3 days per week


The Role

This role centres on creating and implementing impactful learning programmes, incorporating both digital and blended approaches, to enable Partners and employees to excel throughout their careers. You will act as a dedicated business partner to selected teams and divisions, contribute to firmwide initiatives.


Duties will include:

  • Designing, delivering, and evaluating training interventions across a variety of audiences, including creating bespoke programmes.Partnering with specific teams and divisions to assess learning needs and implement tailored development solutions.
  • Building strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are relevant, effective, and well-received.
  • Working with carefully selected external providers to deliver high-quality programmes and achieve strong return on investment.
  • Supporting firmwide projects that align with the strategic objectives of the business.
  • Taking ownership of initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring they have measurable impact and contribute to the culture of continuous improvement.


The Learning and Development Advisor will need to bring strong experience in learning design and delivery, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and ideally a background in professional services or another complex corporate environment.

They will also be proactive, confident in managing their own workload, and able to balance collaborative teamwork with independent project ownership.
