Job description

Exciting opportunity for a Midweight Interior Designer to deliver high-end projects, grow creatively, and thrive in a collaborative, design-led studio.

Position:

We are looking for a Middleweight Interior Designer to join the team, reporting to a Senior Interior Designer. This role offers the chance to work across a varied portfolio of projects, with opportunities to lead smaller schemes from concept through to completion under the guidance of senior colleagues. The position involves supporting the design and delivery of high-quality interiors, producing FF&E proposals, technical drawings, schedules and presentations, and ensuring every project meets the client brief. The role also includes attending client meetings, trade fairs and supplier visits, and working closely with contractors and suppliers to maintain design quality.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of professional design experience and a portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical ability and attention to detail. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe CS is required, as well as knowledge of high-end residential FF&E procurement processes and technical design. A relevant interior design qualification is essential. We are seeking someone who is highly organised, conscientious and motivated, with a positive and flexible approach. The ability to work collaboratively within a team, while building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, contractors and suppliers, is key to success in this role.

Studio:

Joining the studio means becoming part of a supportive and creative environment where designers are encouraged to grow and take ownership of their work. The culture values professionalism, innovation and attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and delivering exceptional results for clients. Designers are supported in attending industry events, building supplier relationships and developing their expertise across a wide range of projects, ensuring every member of the team can contribute to the studio’s continued success.
