Midweight Product Designer

Up to £60,000

London / Hybrid (3 days in office)

This fintech scale-up environment, backed by a global financial powerhouse, is on a mission to rebuild its product stack from the ground up. With a strong design leadership team and major investment in UX, it’s an exciting opportunity for a midweight designer to grow quickly.

The Role

As a Midweight Product Designer, you’ll work across customer onboarding, lifecycle journeys, and eCommerce touchpoints. You’ll gain exposure to complex fintech solutions while contributing to the redesign of a legacy trading platform and the launch of new propositions. The role offers a clear progression path to senior level within 6 months.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience designing for complex digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems.
• Exposure to user research and usability testing.
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams.
• Interest in fintech and building best-in-class customer journeys.
