We are partnered with a leading, privately owned UK talent agency with over three decades of industry experience. Representing some of the most recognisable names across broadcasting, digital, drama, music, sport, and comedy, they operate a full 360-degree representation model and are now seeking a strategic, commercially minded Head of Division to lead the continued growth of their digital division.

This is a unique leadership opportunity for someone with deep knowledge of the digital talent landscape and a passion for representing top-tier creators and influencers. You'll take ownership of the division's P&L, build and manage a high-performing team, and shape a strategic roadmap that continues to position the agency at the forefront of digital representation in the UK and internationally.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the agency’s Digital division, building a market-leading roster of high-profile digital-first talent.
  • Drive commercial success of the division by taking ownership of P&L and operational oversight.
  • Develop and deliver the division’s annual strategy, ensuring budget targets and commercial objectives are met.
  • Create tailored career strategies to support client growth, brand partnerships, and creative direction.
  • Build strategic partnerships across the digital ecosystem – from platforms to brands and production partners.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider talent departments to enhance existing client strategies with a digital-first lens.
  • Report monthly to the Managing Director on both financial and creative performance.
  • Hire, mentor, and inspire a team of agents to consistently exceed targets and uphold the agency’s reputation for excellence.


Key Requirements

  • Proven track record as a digital-first talent agent, influencer manager, or in a senior role within the digital content and talent space.
  • Deep understanding of the social media, creator economy, and wider digital landscape.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in growing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong balance of commercial and creative expertise, able to lead vision while managing revenue and reporting.
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Skilled in brand building and public strategy for high-profile talent.
  • Passion for talent development and a career-driven mindset with the ambition to shape the future of digital representation.
