£55,000 – £60,000 + BONUS

HYBRID – LONDON 3X A WEEK

THE ROLE

As a Midweight Product Designer, you’ll join a cross-functional team working on key onboarding and lifecycle journeys. You’ll get hands-on exposure across the full design process while contributing ideas at a strategic level. With a clear progression path to Senior Designer within 6 months, this role offers the opportunity to fast-track your career in a high-growth fintech environment.

PROJECTS YOU’LL WORK ON

• Supporting the redesign of the legacy trading platform.
• Helping to build retail-focused propositions.
• Designing unified customer journeys across app and web.
• Creating smoother onboarding and account activation flows.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Must haves:

• Solid end-to-end product design skills, with strong Figma capability.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with product and engineering.
• Portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and user-centred design.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to UX/product research.
• Experience with data-driven design or complex workflows.
• Understanding of regulated industries (fintech/FSI).
