Family Law Associate – Liverpool
We are seeking a talented and motivated Family Law Associate with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a highly regarded and award-winning Family department in Liverpool.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop their career within a forward-thinking and well-established firm. You will join a close-knit and supportive team, handling a varied caseload of high-quality family matters and working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver a seamless client experience.
The role will also involve management and supervision of junior team members, as well as opportunities to contribute to marketing and business development initiatives as the department continues to grow.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 3–6 years’ PQE in Family law
- Demonstrate strong experience across:
- • High-net-worth divorce and financial remedy work.
- • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
- • Privately funded children matters.
- Have excellent knowledge of legal principles and court procedures relating to family cases.
- Be confident in managing deadlines, prioritising tasks, and running a busy caseload independently.
- Show strong communication skills and empathy in handling sensitive client issues.
- Maintain a track record of delivering excellent client service and supporting business development initiatives.
