We are well-versed in building pathology and relevant statutory legislation, including landlord and tenant acts, environmental protection laws, and housing acts.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS, or CIOB Building Surveyor at Housing Disrepair Surveys. The Building Surveyor will be responsible for conducting building surveys, condition surveys and dilapidation assessments. The role includes handling housing condition claims, home buyer surveys, and leasehold/freehold disputes.

Qualifications

• Building Surveying and Condition Surveys skills
• Dilapidations knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• RICS membership (AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS) or CIOB membership
• Experience in housing disrepair cases
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Construction, or related field
