What you’ll be doing

• Advising on private capital fundraisings and institutional investments.
• Taking ownership of fund reviews and secondary transactions.
• Gaining hands-on exposure to regulatory and tax alongside core transactional work.
• Working closely with partners and global clients from day one.

About you

• 1–3 PQE from a City, Silver Circle, or leading international firm.
• Experience in funds is ideal - but corporate M&A lawyers keen to pivot into funds may also be considered.
• Strong legal analysis, commercial judgement, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
