Job description

An elite US firm is looking to hire a junior associate into its growing its Tech, Data and IP London team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most cutting-edge AI and emerging tech, big ticket M&A and IP licensing deals. This role offers experience in a diverse range of sectors and industries spanning AI, music & media, sports, high-end luxury fashion and goods (aside from just PE houses and financial institutions seen at other US firms).

They are searching for a UK Qualified Associate with at least one year qualification at a top-ranked commercial practice in London, 1-4PQE, who have experience in transactional IP/IT, commercial contracts and data protection- AI or digital services regulation too!
