Interim HRBP, Creative Agency

Our client, a leading creative agency, is seeking an immediately available HR Business Partner to join on a fixed-term contract, with the potential to extend into a longer-term remit. With a London based headcount of 500, the business is award-winning, client-focused, and proud of its people-first, collaborative culture.

As a trusted member of a dynamic people team, you will partner closely with senior leaders to deliver across the full HR generalist remit—from strategic workforce planning and organisational design to complex ER, leadership coaching, and driving engagement. You will also manage, develop, and coach a small HR team, bringing both hands-on expertise and strategic insight.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven business partnering experience within a similarly sized, fast-paced, creative environment, with strong stakeholder management skills and a commercial, solutions-oriented mindset. Depth in UK employment law, alongside confidence in leading complex ER, is essential. You will be a visible change agent—championing a high-performance culture and bringing a coaching-led approach when partnering with senior leadership.
