HR Business Partner in London

HR Business Partner | 6 months | circa £300 p/d | Hybrid working 4 days on-site (dropping to 3) | South London

Altum are supporting a well-known charitable organisation in the care sector to source an experienced HR Business Partner for a 6 month period.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provided much needed support across the full employee lifecycle with a particular focus on:

• Employee relations case management
• Policy review projects
• Providing development for management around effective team management
• Provide advice on HR best practice, identifying areas of improvement and streamlining

Joining a team of 4, you will also support junior members of the HR function (HR Administrator, HR Officer), acting as a trusted mentor.

The organisation are a 10-12 minute walk from their nearest station and also have ample on-site parking. In addition you will also be able to access subsidised lunch and other benefits from their EAP.
