Paraplanner – Hybrid (Can be based out either Cardiff, Newcastle, Glasgow or Northallerton) 3 days office / 2 days home)

The role

As a Paraplanner, you’ll provide high-quality technical support to Advisers, including preparing compliant suitability reports, researching solutions, and carrying out financial calculations (CGT, AA, IHT, etc.). You’ll play a key role in ensuring recommendations are accurate, compliant, and client-focused.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as a Paraplanner, with strong report-writing and research skills.
  • Good knowledge of financial products including pensions, investments, and protection.
  • Ideally Diploma (Level 4) qualified, or working towards it (study support provided).
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
