HR Business Partner - Fintech | Scaleup

London (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (or standalone HR Manager) to join a dynamic fintech business unit. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders while still getting stuck into talent acquisition, ER casework, onboarding, performance, and L&D.

✅ Shape and implement recruitment strategies to hire top-tier talent

✅ Partner with managers to build high-performing teams

✅ Own complex ER issues with confidence and care

✅ Drive targeted L&D initiatives with our in-house team

✅ Influence org design, culture, and continuous improvement

You’ll need:

• Proven HRBP or standalone HR Manager experience in tech or fintech
• Solid ER knowledge and hands-on HR ops skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• The ability to switch between strategy and delivery with ease
