We are Project Managers, Chartered Surveyors, Stakeholder Engagement Consultants and Land Referencers, based across the UK and Ireland, working collaboratively to provide expert advice that delivers results.

About the Role

We are looking for a Surveyor / Land Officer to join our growing team in Scotland, working across a variety of renewables, utilities, and transport projects.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll engage directly with landowners, lead negotiations, and support the delivery of land rights for projects such as offshore wind, onshore renewables, utilities, and major transport initiatives.

You’ll enjoy a varied workload, collaborating with colleagues across Land Referencing, GIS, valuation, consents management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver successful outcomes. As our business continues to expand, this role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What You’ll Do

  • Negotiate land agreements and manage land assembly for major infrastructure projects.
  • Build strong relationships with landowners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate where needed.
  • Support project delivery across multiple sectors, from renewables to transport.
  • Work collaboratively with other professional advisors and internal teams.

About You

  • Experience negotiating land agreements for infrastructure projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence dealing with landowners.
  • Knowledge of compensation frameworks and CPO guidance.
  • Understanding of market trends and approaches to negotiation.
  • Ability to identify risks and recommend practical solutions.
