Job description
We are currently partnering with a global commercial business to attract a Reward Partner. Working as part of a wider Reward Team, you will be focusing on compensation and benefits across the UK and Ireland. This is a pivotal role that will support the development and delivery of reward strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of compensation and benefits programs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to provide expert advice on reward matters, including benchmarking, pay structures, and incentive schemes.
- Manage annual reward cycles including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits renewals.
- Conduct market analysis and internal data reviews to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Support the development of reward policies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide insights and reporting to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
About You:
- Proven experience in a reward-focused role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of reward trends, legislation, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
