A leading London law firm is seeking a talented solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Client team, focusing on contentious trusts, probate, and related disputes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Your new role

You'll be involved in a broad range of disputes including:

• Challenges to the validity of wills
• Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
• Disputes involving executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
• Court of Protection and TOLATA matters
• Multi-jurisdictional and high-net-worth estate litigation

You'll manage your own caseload with support from senior colleagues and contribute to the team's continued growth and reputation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales (2-4 years PQE) with demonstrable experience in contentious private client work - guidelines only.
• Strong technical skills and a client-focused approach
• Confident in mediation and other forms of ADR
• ACTAPS training or membership is a plus.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
