A leading London law firm is seeking a talented solicitor to join its highly regarded Private Client team, focusing on contentious trusts, probate, and related disputes. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Your new role
You'll be involved in a broad range of disputes including:
- Challenges to the validity of wills
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Disputes involving executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
- Court of Protection and TOLATA matters
- Multi-jurisdictional and high-net-worth estate litigation
You'll manage your own caseload with support from senior colleagues and contribute to the team's continued growth and reputation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified as a lawyer in England and Wales (2-4 years PQE) with demonstrable experience in contentious private client work - guidelines only.
- Strong technical skills and a client-focused approach
- Confident in mediation and other forms of ADR
- ACTAPS training or membership is a plus.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- A proactive and collaborative mindset
