Vitalis is recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in a Sensory, Physical and Neurological Team in Warrington.

The service primarily works with people under the age of 65 years with a diverse range of complex needs including:

• Physical Disability
• Mental Health
• Learning Disability
• Acquired Brain Injury
• Autistic Spectrum Conditions.

Social Workers will have ample opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through training and professional development with Court of Protection, S42 Adult Safeguarding Enquiries, Continuing Health Care, Best Interest Decisions and Mental Capacity Assessments.

You will work within the legislation of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act and the Mental Health Act to deliver personalised assessments, support planning and reviews to achieve holistic outcomes.
