Our client, a respected regulatory body, is looking for a Case Team Lead to oversee the effective management of fitness to practise investigations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced case manager who is ready to step into a leadership role and shape best practice across the team.

As a Case Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead a team of case managers handling fitness to practise investigations from initial triage to final outcomes.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and quality assurance on case progression, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
  • Develop processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance across the team.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive cases, advising on strategy and risk.
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to management reporting.
  • Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in fitness to practise, professional conduct, or regulatory investigations.
  • Strong leadership or supervisory experience, ideally managing casework teams.
  • Excellent understanding of case management systems and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong decision-making and risk assessment skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
