A prestigious and ambitious regional law firm is seeking a Head of Department & Partner in Employment Law, based in their Cambridgeshire office, to step into a senior leadership role.
Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead employment law matters across a broad client base, including tribunal litigation
- Provide high-quality, accessible advice on complex employment issues
- Mentor, guide, and develop the employment team
- Support cross-department collaborations as needed
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with notable experience in employment law (5+PQE)
- Demonstrable aspirations towards partnership
- Excellent technical, drafting, and advocacy skills
- Strong commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
- Articulate communicator, able to simplify complex issues
- Organised, deadline-driven, and resilient under pressure
