The Role:

  • Conduct extensive and detailed research into clients as well as the wider consumer and associated markets, across global geographies.
  • Speak on the phone with senior individuals to assess candidate criteria.
  • Arrange candidate interviews whilst guiding senior individuals through the search process.
  • Sourcing new candidates through networking, research, databases and core headhunting.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest developments in the consumer market whilst identifying client opportunities.
  • Manage all associated administration, documentation and reporting.
  • Ongoing system management relating to the search.


Experience:

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to confidently engage with senior-level candidates and clients.
  • A commercial mindset, with a natural curiosity for how businesses are structured and how leadership talent is shaped globally.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills – able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across different projects.
  • A collaborative approach – someone who thrives in a team setting but can also work independently with accountability.


Future progression:

This role offers a clear pathway into a Consultant position. Many of our most successful Partners and Directors began their careers in research and progressed through delivery roles into client leadership.
