Plymouth, UK | Full Time, Permanent | 40 hours/week

£39,000 – £41,000 per annum

On behalf of our client, we’re excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join their Plymouth-based team.

The Role:

As a Team Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused property services. You’ll be leading a team of multi-skilled operatives, including tradespeople, cleaners, and gardeners (depending on the area), to uphold high standards and ensure efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating your team to ensure consistent quality and improvement.
• Embedding a strong health and safety culture, with full legislative compliance.
• Providing technical guidance, mentoring, and day-to-day support to team members.
• Driving operational excellence and enhancing the customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a property maintenance, trades, or facilities environment.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices.
• A natural people manager with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
