Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented private wealth lawyer to join a highly respected and growing private wealth team in the City. This is a chance to work with a sophisticated international client base on complex, high-value matters involving both UK and cross-border elements.

The team advises on the full range of private client matters including UK and international tax, trusts (including disputes), estate planning, asset protection, lifetime structuring, residence and domicile issues, and philanthropic planning. The work is consistently challenging, diverse and intellectually rewarding, with many matters involving multiple jurisdictions and bespoke structuring solutions.

This position would suit a private client lawyer with 3–7 years’ PQE and strong experience gained at a ranked firm. The successful candidate will be joining a team that combines the depth and technical strength of a traditional private client offering with access to broader advisory services across reputation and privacy, immigration, family governance, residential property and international business structuring, allowing for a truly holistic approach to client service.
