Job description

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a global firm’s top-tier Corporate M&A practice in London. The team combines technical excellence with a pragmatic, commercial approach, advising across sectors such as insurance, retail, technology, and media.

Experience required:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Between 2-5 years’ PQE in Corporate M&A gained at a leading firm.
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
