One of the UK’s largest providers of Diesel Generators is currently expanding and is looking for a Fuel Management Administrator to join them on their journey.

A family-run business, they have grown from a small yard to five depots across the country, with one of the UK’s largest supplies of state of the art generators as well as specialist transport fleet.

They’re committed to sustainability and a greener future, and have rolled out hybrid BESS units, as well as looking into cutting emissions for their customers.

Responsibilities:

• Contract & Customer Management - Maintain accurate rental contract records for fuel management services and regularly communicate with customers to understand their generator and fuel usage patterns
• Fuel Optimization & Planning - Calculate fuel usage for all contracts to determine efficient fueling intervals that maximize profit margins while maintaining safety buffers to prevent fuel shortages
• Documentation & Invoicing - Produce all fuel management paperwork, process delivery documentation, raise and price sales orders with PODs, and work with accounts to ensure timely customer invoicing
• Compliance & Support - Comply with Health & Safety policies and ISO 9001:2015 procedures, assist with fuel invoicing issues and customer queries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Necessary Experience:

• Good organisational/Communication skills.
• Experience with Excel
• Some proficiency with mathematics
