We’re supporting a client looking for an Interim HR Business Partner for a 6 month fixed term contract to lead and deliver high-impact people initiatives in a fast-paced, consultancy environment.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional that specialises in organisational design and implementation, and how to successfully drive cultural alignment across a pyramid-structured organisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Target Operating Model Design & Delivery: Partner with leadership to implement a future-fit TOM that supports business growth and agility.
• Organisation Design & Restructure: Support structural realignments to optimise performance and scalability.
• HR Change Management Toolkit: Build and roll out a practical, scalable toolkit to support change initiatives across the business.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Support HR colleagues through hands-on coaching, capability building, and strategic guidance.
• Cultural Realignment: Drive initiatives that align behaviours, values, and leadership style with the evolving business model.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in HR transformation, ideally within consultancy, professional services, or high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in organisation design, change management, and cultural development.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a collaborative, empowering style.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence at all levels.
• A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to deliver at pace.
